i Recharged my account for 3 month due date 18/10/2015 but today i checked my balance due date 17/10/2015. i called Customers care but they didn't accept it.
Take screenshot of your mailbox from STB or email or SMS that you received after recharge. It will have the next recharge date. If it is reduced now, you can claim using that. Also, ask for the account transaction details by copying [email protected].
