DTH updates D2h infinity to My Dish TV app Migration started

I was having both dish tv and d2h connection on same rmn, now after migration showing two VC no's separately on dish TV App.

2 VZY combo pack available on app for 0 price per month. Non HD with 303 channel & HD with 312 Channel but cant activate even after activation done.

Iam having both Dish tv and d2h with different RMN.
Now d2h telling me your account is migrated to Dish tv... and install My Dish tv and use.
Iam using Dish tv app for my Dish tv account.

My question is whether My Dish tv app supports more than 1 account with different account & more than 1 accounts with same RMN ??

How to add d2h account number with my existing dish tv account. Can you explain clearly.iam not able to find option in the app.

1.Set same mobile number for both accounts.
2. Next Log out from dish tv app.
3. Login again into my dish tv app by using your registered mobile number.
4. Select your account in account section.
