I just now ordered annual subscription south platinum HD 12 months free set top box offer. 'll see when will they come and install.

after i ordered i got information of order no. but in preferred language is NA... there is no option for filling preferred language while booking.. what should i do for choosing language?

and also got call from CC and they asked time to come today too..

need clarification:
actually I paid thro' online Rs.5404 for free set top box offer.

but in sms they mentioned your new avilable and credited balance Rs.3714

where is the balance amout Rs.1690?
