customer care is saying recording feature will be available once all hd satellite boxes got updated
 
one time activation charge of 199 and monthly subscription charge for usb recording rs 30
 
Is there any option to enable recording feature through online or sms?
 
no currently only u have to call cc for activation
 
how's ur stb performance after the new software
 
yes no much lag in channel change

check after usb recording is enable , their may be some lag
