I cant View Channels. three dots are coming 2 are green and one blue and with rectangular bar. Kindly advise what to do so that I can view channels

D2h service temporarily stopped because of server problem, customer care numbers also not working, local area D2h engineer said "some server problem" It will resume shortly.

Facing same issue in Kerala after 6 pm. Only home channels are working.
