Why dd officials are so lazy?

TRAI uploads all data on the same day of eAuction. But dd never do that. Viewers has right to know which channels has participated, won or lost etc. They are utilizing public money but not informing public timely.

Last year after eAuctions, I called several times. They every times give different numbers of different dept. But not a single info

Atlast I complained MOIAB, then they sent list of Channels, Winning bid etc via email.

But why should we demand/ complain?

They should upload data on website timely.
