Are you getting chs list if you tap on demand pack ? If i remember correctly last year they added this pack to my a/c when i click TS on demand service to watch a movie tatasky online

DD Pack Compulsory and we Have the Option to Subscribe FTA Complimentary Pack
Both Packs Doesn't Consume NCF Quota

My current pack now doesn't show FTA promo pack.
Yesterday, TRAI sent show cause notice to DISH & Airtel for forcibly adding free channels without consumer's consent even though they were not consuming NCF quota. It was expected that TS might also get similar notice for their FTA promo pack.

And earlier NCF for DD channels were counted right? I have only 4 A la carte channels along with Hindi Lite HD & a regional pack. If i add one more channels, multi tv charge bumps up from 250 to 300. So want to know if i can add few more channels now without this trouble.

Your base pack have 74 channels channels
So only 26 remains for regional+ a-lacarte/add on
