They gave you wrong information. There is nothing special in NXT box. This box has same Flash memory and CPU as other Arion model boxes. Don't worry all BCM CPU boxes will get this software.

Exactly, these are minor UI tweaks with some hardware upgrade. Wyplay software would be even more better which is yet to arrive in Dish TV boxes. After this software came, and they fully dumped the old UI i doubt if they will rush for Wyplay software as they would have plenty of time to develop since normal customers will be happy even with this new software.
