Yesterday I mail to dish to for NXT availability and replacement

Now call recd from CC they said....we arrange for Call back to if ur interested to Purchase...

CC said they are is no exchange offer..

I asked them what can to do for old STB ..

they said...its use another family member or friends...

2nd CC call back recd about NXT ... This girl told....they dont now about NXT....if u want to purchase HD box...i will give information...
