What is the total cost and NCF, tax etc..?

I'm trying to my bst pack north to south and also trying to activate classic joy Malayalam rs177including gst the main reason to activate South pack is to get ST2 alignment

I have taken All sports hd and nick and epic channel.total cost was 584 rupees when i submittef.But Dish Tv is deducting 21 rupees per day.i am unable to understand the reason
