I do not know about the authentication of this website but it seems dish tv own this site for pakistani customers.

Well its unofficial site, someone designed it to make it look like official. You can check the top links which has fb/twitter etc. links gives another page and they have such other domains related to dishtv. Jhang Sadar from Pakistan owns the site.

Yeah it looks official but it isnt. Bad spelling everywhere, plus Dish TV isnt available legally in Pakistan. This website is probably a scam.
