Exactly which thing is going to be happen in merging? Satellite, channels l, system or financial?

Dish Tv leading may be same set top box for both in 4-6 months,Vedeocon may leave ST2 88 degree east and slowly shift to DishTV NSS6 and Asiasat 5

@stiwari bro...it's not an easy purpose to leave their current satellite and to shift to dish TV satellite...it's a huge task to rearrange 13 million anteena...

Dishtv has outsource these tasks to PwC to render their services regarding the infra and Project Management.

It will be done bro,just wait max 6-8 months,leaving sattelite only they will get bigger profit for both of them in long run,sending technician spending Rs150 per Dish re-orientation is not a big deal

Most Probably they will study the current infrastructure of both Dishtv and d2h and give their consulting services i.e what can be done in this situation along with the advantages, disadvantages.
