Most Probably they will study the current infrastructure of both Dishtv and d2h and give their consulting services i.e what can be done in this situation along with the advantages, disadvantages.

Nothing will be happenned after all these rubbish merger Drama.............They will add only those of Scrap Teleshoping Channels and will fill the LCN in every where..........All those major channels are pending due in VD2H and surprisingly they are all available on Dish tv Platform!!!!!! i.e. Star Gold Select HD , Sony ESPN HD and latest Zee Tamil HD and & Prive HD as they are all from ZEEL and Essel Vision Group.........But they area all missing on VD2H platform. The all Dish tv is maintained by ZEEL and Essel Vision Group. But VD2H has no intention to add on their platform. Many other Channels are also missing in this platform those are available on Dish Tv Boquet................So nothing will be happen on post merger situation.......They have no infrastructure to carry this business........................

Yes... Dish tv Videocon ltd will try the same logic as government free d2h to get best price from channels and provide less price for customers. I think ,But it will take time bro... Bcz first they have to prove that it's one DTH, ( like same channels, price , services , etc). Then they have to get some profit to pay their debt, with having decent subscribe price. When they are in the position of gaining more margins, we can expect even less price for channels. If that day comes, they will be in the top ...
