DishTV Customer ID

Hi,

My friend's elder brother got a DishTV connection on his wedding.

One month free preview is over. Now he wants to Recharge but he does not know the Customer ID, not yet updated on set top box also.

How to know Customer ID only from VC No. only?
Plz Help!

yes you can recharge via VC only

@asit there are 12 digit number on VC card but id is having only 11 digit, last digit is not needed but first 0 is required.
For ex. Suppose Vc contain
01516***1623 , remote last digit so 01516***162

leave the dash Like Vc Number is 01512344553-4, customer id Is 01512344553,
