Good news maybe); In d2h, ncf not being added if we add extra channels to d2h recommended combos. ( Good News - D2h removed NCF for their combo plans ), so maybe even on dishtv, that might happen and currently there is a bug in dishtv software. OR maybe there is a bug in d2h website
