Seeking Help DISHTV RMN Issue

Hi Everybody

I recently purchased a used dish TV receiver. The card had been deactivated when I purchased it

Now when I try to register into dishtv.in it says

Oops! Your No. is not registered with us. Please use your Registered Mobile No./ VC no. to login. To register your mobile no. SMS DISHTV RMN [VC NO] to 57575

I dont have the RMN Number as I have purchased it in used

Any help would be appreciated
