Bro iam a South user I'm in kerala using joy pack the cc told me AF8012H model not eligible for ST2 realignment

Called today there said me Arion Boxes are eligible but Im not eligible because of North user....

You should again call CC and say about Arion Tru HD box are eligible or not

Please say them plz transfer to your senior

In my case CC don't know about ST2

Then Sr. Said Arion box eligible only u have to b south user...

Just try this one... I hope u will get ST2 in ur box

One thing is Clear Only NXT boxes are not Supported

Today called to cc for re alignment..

But its not available for Me

Only eligible customers will get ST2 channels

1. Im North user
2. From beginning Im full hd subscriber... this is the main reason

Then I said to Sr. Executive why u guys are putting this type of Pathetic strategy
North Customers to NSS
South Customers to ST2

See other DTH like ADTV
One strategy to all customers
If we pay them they are always gives customers satisfaction

But when we ask ur company.. Ur company says we are working with Broadcasters

But why u guys fighting with broadcasters.. If customers wants something they pay for it...
They are not asking u for FREE

ST2 is only useful for South Indian viewers. North Indian user must not move to ST2 otherwise you will get less channels conpared to NSS6

It's not a big issue, I'm use Tata Sky at the moment, and dish tv temporary deactivated, but it's very easy to to move to Videocon satellite, if you need any help send me msg
