So history tv 18 and fyitv18 will come under disney - network 18 banner.

Endemol shine is part of fox from long time (only 50% stakes) but i guess they dont want bigg boss/KKK on their own network as this shows r already making huge profit from colors

Endemol's 50% share was with Fox then and now Disney. Its enough for them to show their programs(like biggboss) in own networks if they want to do so. But they are not working like that.Similarly Hooq is owned by Sony corp but the digital rights of the contents are given to Hotstar in India.The business is going between the parties are based on money.
