it was earlier the link to website of former '21st century fox' company. Post the official declaration of the acquisition(march 20), the site redirects to either new fox website or Walt Disney website.Anyway Star hasn't did anything after merger on their website.

Is there going to be any change in kids segment or will they continue being Doraemon and Shinchan channels?

Since the acquisition Disney channel stopped showing Disney movies. Now it only shows Doraemon movies.
 
Even Marvel HQ now is showing Pokemon whole morning and afternoon. What was the point of rebranding?
 
There were lot of talks on cancelation of star movies kids. Yes it is cancelled but don't worry it will be launched in the name of Disney Movies and Disney movies HD. The real name is unknown but sure will bring kids content in the name of disney
 
Content from other Disney units, including ESPN and Hulu, are already available on Hotstar, and Disney+ will be a valuable addition. To be sure, Hotstar plans to localize Disney+ movies and shows by dubbing, or by adding subtitles in Indian languages, including Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Hotstar’s own original content, titled Hotstar Specials, are currently available in seven Indian languages.
