Dolby digital/Dolby digital plus still not working in some star HD channels

From 10th April I m HD+ customer, I m not getting Dolby digital nor Dolby digital plus sound on star HD Chanel which was earlier only Dolby digital , it working fine but from 10th April they broadcasting DD+ on star HD Chanel I m not getting Dolby digital nor Dolby digital plus sound except stereo.
On EPG its show Dolby digital plus but I'm not getting Dolby digital NOR Dolby digital plus
My s/w version is 502... I notice that some user getting proper Dolby sound on later s/w like 503 or 504
Other Dolby digital chanell working fine like Sony HD, colors HD like....

Today service department two guys come and I trying to understand them what is probem they and their HOD says ,'now you should stick with Stereo if your Dolby not working'
Is it solution? Means it is something like that ,I purchase train tickets of super- fast with 1st class A/C ticket but I m travelling on passenger train which is halting on every small-big station

DD working DD Plus alone not working

Means you have s.w. versions is 504
My friend also having same problem only Dolby digital working not DD+ on their ht.
Mine is s.w version is 502 nor Dolby digital neither Dolby digital plus only stereo on star HD channel
Other chanell like Sony HD or Hollywood HD chnell even sshd1,2,4 which is still on Dolby digital working fine on both Dolby digital mode or stereo mode

Frend, If it is SW problem, how DD Plus work in all other HD channels? I have Samsung Bluray 3D Home theatre. Pls guide me how to tp update SW.

just go to setup and set hdmi audio to dolby digital+.
with all channels that support this, u will get dd+5.1 sound. rest will be just dd5.1 and regular channels will be pcm2 channel.

Brother, I do everything as you mentioned.
Even technician identity problem but unable to resolve this problem?
And one more thing is this problem with only occur on Star HD channels which is DD+ audio other with only DD audio working fine.
It must be s/w bug. Mine is 502 and your?

I hav 503 Software & no problem in DD+ Sound..:tup
