DDK Mumbai (Sahyadri) celebrating it's 48th Anniversary on 2nd October 2020. The channel or mean to say service from mumbai tv centre was started on 2nd October 1972. Primarily they were airing 2 hours programming on DD National's signal for maharashtra.
