I am using VideoconD2h from past 4 years, according to me, the package cannot be downgraded from the website, because whenever we click on Downgrade Package, they say that Contact CC, Call to Customer Care 07355873558, I do not know further that they have changed their policy or not, because I already changed the Package earlier this month, and package change is allowed only ONCE in a calendar month. I also have APP d2h Infinity, they gave package change option, but that option is also not available now.

I had no problem while changing my package through website or infinity app so far. You can downgrade only once but you can upgrade any time.

It is moderator magic But even when moderator updates, it should show as Edited. But not sure why it is not showing
