This bill is nothing but a device to shut the mouth of independent YouTube journalists like Abhisar Sharma, Sanjay Sharma (4Pm), Ashok Wankhede (News Launcher) and others who speak the truth and criticise the policies and decisions of the ruling government and its leaders. They're bringing it because they want to introduce "Godi Media"/Radio Rwanda concept in YouTube as well.
