Not possible. The coding is totally different and existing theme can not be ported. Many big websites who moved to XF have also introduced new UI as a part of upgrade. We have no other option.

Earlier in View New Posts page there was an arrow to the left of an unread thread to take us to the first unread post of the thread . Is that available in Xenforo?
