Seeking Help E133-4 error Sun Direct HEVC

Is Sun Direct replacing old HEVC set-top boxes which has smart cards for everyone? I am getting an error on all channels with E133-4 and the customer service support is asking me to replace the set-top box with the cardless new HEVC set-top box. If anyone has knowledge regarding this then please let me know
