Solution :- E 18-4 Error occurs when dust around on your STB Smart card, Smart card mismatched also occurs this problem, You should Try to remove Smart card and Insert it again.

Yes, you cannot remove smart card without open box.

Switch off your stb. Remove sattelite card and clean it with a clean n dry cloth. Reinsert it in slot. Switch on stb.
