Most probably on 19th Nov before TDSAT, Sony will say that we are unable to reach agreement and want to provide the channels on RIO basis. This manner they will be complying with the rules in force and now its upto TS to accept the same or not. They might have to rework their package pricing and how they attribute the revenue to Sony.

Is the channel getting added or has the plan been shelved? Testing not started yet, they normally add the new channel on transponder 1 or 2 days before scheduled launch date. Awaiting confirmation.

It's not shelved bro. Yesterday, I had a chat with CC asking both Ten3 HD (personally, not interested) and Six HD. He mentioned, it's available (Six HD) at 483 and if I want they can activate it! When I mentioned, it's dropped since 1st Oct with 25 other, reply came as: You'll get it from 19th. Also, it'll be in base pack as earlier.
They're trying to get Ten3 HD on-board.
I didn't took the screenshot to post here as already so many confirmatory screenshots posted.
