This is why i was raising doubt few days back too about info shared by customer care, it has happened many times in past too that they have given conflicted details about changes or new things being implemented. I would be happiest person the day Tata Sky starts providing all channels at affordable price, for that to happen they need to reduce unnecessary expenses on big ads or hiring famous celebs & change focus from getting max margin per subscriber to more volume driven approach atleast for regular subscribers. They are getting huge saving in transponder cost as rent for indian satellite is quite less compared to international satellite, also they have not passed on GST benefit till now to us & infact increased prices for no reason. They aren't even willing to pay properly to pay tv broadcasters & charge high carriage from FTA channels, this surely needs a strategic shift
