Hulk and Ghost Rider are both owned by Disney-Marvel now. Old Ghost Rider movies are owned by Sony as they then had the rights

Hulk's distribution rights are with Universal but Marvel can do what ever they want with the character as long as they don't make any solo film.

So when Marvel / Disney purchased back rights of Hulk and Ghost Rider, it did not include older films?

Hulk films franchise r is i guess in some sort of agreement issue or rights ownership issue bcoz no new films have been made since long. Had read some article regarding this?

Also read some informative articles of how marvel/disney sold rights of Spiderman to Sony in 1999 and what all were the terms of the agreement. Their partnership will continue. Also quite possible that just like in USA, we might see Sony Pics Film & Television shows library being available on star/disney linear channels and OTT platform
