EPG not available in 27 SD channels in TS

TS is a leading DTH brand in India but not able to provide EPG for all channels.

Currently EPG not available for 27 SD channels in TS.Channels name with LCN no. listed below:-

Dont know bro for why they are not providing EPG for this 27 channel..when i asked cc they are saying due to MPEG4 migration the EPG for this channel are not available..

There is no relation of MPEG 4 migration with EPG.So,MPEG4 migration is not the reason for unavailibilty of EPG.

EPG removed 4-5 months ago for all these listed channels by TS but still not added.

I think most of these channels are Tamil/South Indian or Bangali. Dont know why only these specific channels are having EPG issue.
I dont think this has anything to do with migration otherwise it would have affected other channels also.
I will suggest, pls send email to CC/CEO about the same. Also post on TS / CEO Harit Nagpal's FB/Twitter page.

I know if I start sending mail to CC/CEO then what they said,they will start blaming broadcaster by saying info not provided by the channel that's why we are unable to provide epg for some channels.This is really irritating.:angry:angry:angry

No,EPG is available on ADTV and also in other DTH of all this listed channels.Only TS having epg related issue and also blaming broadcaster by showing in epg menu that info not provided by the channel.:angry
