EPG not loading.

They say the most ridiculous response that 6-8 hours is what ALL Dish tv users get. When i tell that my HD box is getting 3-4 days , they started telling me schemed on how to upgrade to HD!
Box is otherwise working completely fine.

Now we are sure tht thr is the fault in Ur Dishtv Box Buddy...Nothing else...
U Shud check it out by opening it and trying with its system..
