Because newzealand cricket official broadcast sky sports not give to indian broadcast to newzealand broadcast right.star sports try for it last year b mullcum last series aus tour nw 2016 but his demand very high not possible for indian broadcaster.this question also put in t20 world star sports also say newzealand broadcaster why I give t20 World Cup feed to you.you cannot give feed to india.icc Scotland meeting also put question regarding newzealand cricket not broadcast in India why.

No timing is not issues.the main problem is newzealand official broadcasts demand very high.but now cricket broadcasting right going to change.home broad right to sells tv to other country.bcci,star also put questions regarding newzealand cricket right please go google search.
