Error in volume control of HD ch after master reset

When i master reset my TS HD box then i noticed that i am not able to change volume of HD channels and it remains constant. Do any other member also face same problem pls reply ?

Organizer -> User settings -> Sound settings. Change "Preferred audio for HDMI" to "PCM" if its set to "Dolby Digital". If its already set to "PCM", then change it to "Dolby Digital" and your problem will be solved.

Ok when i changed it to PCM the problem solved. Can you explain why ??? What was the matter ?

Glad to know it worked for you. I have faced this problem in past and changing the volume to PCM for HDMI fixed it. I think its either a bug in STB firmware or problem in TV set which doesnt support DD audio type for HDMI.

So it means the audio in my LED TV quality is not D Digital.
