Favourite list getting erased

Every now & then my favourite list is getting erased. I've to arrange it again & again. Can anyone help me on this?

Bro, I tried that, didn't help.
It's not happening (erase) immediately. There is no particular interval. Sometimes after 1 hour, sometimes after 2-3 days, sometimes after 10 days. Initially I thought, it is due to some software update or some other activities at d2h end.

Even it happens to me sometimes.. But I always thought it's coz the Channel/TP change by D2H.. Sometimes the channels will completely replaced by other channels and sometime the channel no getting erased. I had to delete the favorite and only then it will allow me to add 20 channels.. or otherwise I can add only 19 channels..

This is common when TP changes of channels are part of your favorite list.. No other way then manual correction in this case.
