Seeking Help Favourites getting deleted automatically (Dish-ST2)

Bro,Suddenly in Dish TV Setbox(Aligned to ST2) , favourites got deleted automatically.
Have to add all favourites again again and again. This is happening lot of times.What may be the reason?

Bro it's due to changes in tps of that particular channel which u have selected
BTW which u lost
Today shemaroo Z A cinema and DD MP
So whoever added these as favorites might b lost

Ok so it was reason
I lost z anmol cinema from favourites
And box cinema was showing 2 times in list
