7 th april is gone but still no signs of channel addition and also the tp is not converted yet what is tata sky doing

Bro, today, I called Tatasky Customer Care to enquire about new channels addition, I was told by the CCE, ''I would like to inform you that currently we don't have any update regarding this. But, I would like to assure you that some HD channels and some SD will be launched by the end of May''.
But, I don't believe Customer Care. If they don't have to launch any channel right now then why they have done all these reshufflings.

CCE are not Tatasky employees. So they cannot tell future plan

It might be true...I dont know what is the logic, but Tata Sky has this tendency of launching channels only after IPL is over...perhaps, during IPL they think that driving factor of Sale is Sony Six HD and not other genre channels. Similar thought broadcaster also have...new channel launch etc is postponed beyond IPL.
