Here's the deal. It's time for Indian Cable Federation and DTH providers to decrypt Doordarshan for all their customers. If possible FTA news channels too. This is important during emergencies like epidemics. Also make their home channels to show awareness about COVID-19.

Same goes for telecom providers. Eliminated monthly mandatory recharges. And provide minimum talktime of ₹20 to inactive customers.
