For TS existing Customers(EC) are step children. New Customer(NC) are their only priorities. Most of the thing they do is only for NC. When it comes to the point one day many EC's will try to switch over to other DTH provider. Only thing we are still showing our patience during the bad times of TC( like problem of not able to add channel for a long time, solved recently) is our faithfullness. In fact fact when I purchased my second TV recently, first I thought of going for TS then I change my mind and went for SUN. What a great decision. They really bother about existing customer well.

I feel it is not due to faith but the investment already made on STB . They know well that very few aggrieved will go to switch over because of this factor.
