Any new channel started?

Just scan the Tp 3894 H 13840 - you will get this new channel name RVS (replaced by the Indiasign -4 test card), but the screen showing Indiasign HYD teleport with colour bars.

In Tp 3876 H 13840 also blank channels are all named as "India sign test" with some numbers and while allotting to any channels these names are renaming with the correct channel names.

RVS channel started test transmission. Please find the ss of the newly started 3-channels from the tp 3894 H 13840.
