What happens actually with "BAT update"?

For every change done on Airtel TPs we will get Bat Updates. It doesn't mean channels will be added everytime.

Satellite set up can be used in installation time though 99% it will be automatically took in rare case we have to enter manually

Are you talking about the installation setup which has TPs list? Which is not present in settings but comes when there's no signal.

Tried calling cc multiple times, getting DC after waiting for few minutes as all agents are busy...emailed cc and nodal officer 3 days back and still no response, not even complaint acknowledgement... really pathetic customer support
