Today I call cc I wanna close kids music hd RS 1 pack he says that u have not make new pack we can deactivate Ur pack u have to make new pack

Are you having the latest version my airtel app?
If yes, then open it & go to add topups section, there broadcaster bouquets are available select from them & if you want HD Ala-Carte then select high definition.

If this doesn't work then go to connections tab under my account. Click on change plan & select your desired HD bouquets/Ala-Carte.

Then only option is to add through connection tab i.e selfcare.

Got it Bro, but there is no option to add HD channels in Desktop version.

In broadcaster bouquets & Ala-Carte option you'll get both SD/HD channels.

Click on Ala-Carte then you'll see all genres & High Definition just like app.
Click on it you'll get all HD Ala-Carte channels.
Both HD bouquets & Ala-Carte are available for me.

I am using the old version of app. The screenshots were from selfcare web portal.
Try clicking Star, Zee or Sony bouquets see if HD bouquets are visible.

Then only option is to call CC & tell them the names of channels which you want to activate.
