General Discussion about Airtel Xstream Devices

Whenever i am trying to play any movie or web series available via Lionsgate Play and Sony LIV on Airtel XStream Play app then same is not getting played.... Tried streaming on my brother's mobile and there it played smoothly..... Any ideo what could be the reason,already tried all troubleshooting steps..... Could it be that bcoz my mobile phone is almost 10 years old hence there is some compatibility related issue like codec missing or mismatch? Please help guys

Buy a new device...you justified removal of optical audio port as outdated, now same applicable for your device

Most of the applications are removing support for older android version...
