Very net speed I couldn't attach error screen

What's happening with ADTV..So many issues observed in the last few days?

I got this error. I got airtel home and other airtel channels but other channels show error. I called customer care he said I have to pay 150 / and if my set up box defective I have to pay for new set up box. I am not using my box I select only 153 plan.

Just call the number shown on screen
Ur problem may solve
Few days back same screen for me
I dialled that number, within few seconds channels started

Monthly rental plans are not available in reduced NCF. Some retention plans are there with less NCF, that too advance rental plans.
Wait until NTO 2.0 implementation, as current plans may be terminated.
