Zee Bangla HD has no countdown timer. Why?

Also Star Jalsha's countdown timer (SD and HD) has only 3 digits (0:04) where almost all other channels have 4 digits, i.e., 00:04 (except &TV, Star Movies Select HD, Star World, etc. which also have 3 digits). This seems strange. Previously Star Plus, Life OK, etc. also had 3 digits but not any more.
