I m so sad for seeing my fav. Star Jalsha is in no. 2. But they should be punished. Hope, when they will back on their old position, they may respect their viewers opinion. From very past, they were bringing only either crap Leena Ganguly otherwise Snehasish Chakraborty show. I don't like both producers anymore.

Does Star still have an exclusive contract with SVF (Shree Venkatesh Films)? I am talking about SVF serials, not films. It is beacuse of a number of SVF shows (e.g., Jhanjh Labongo Phool) that Star Jalsha got the reputation of a melodrama channel.

Only one SVF show is telecasting on SJ now, that is Jai Kali Kalkattawali (daily at 11pm). Another popular SVF's show Gopal Bhar has ended on Sunday.

They said they were going to be the first Bangla HD channel… :rofl: But the first Bangla HD channel was Incoda HD (seen in the Kolkata Metro)… :rofl: And then only Jalsha Movies HD/Star Jalsha HD.
