Telugu and kannada numbers are almost same star's telugu had 2 movie channels and an hd movie channel and kannada hadn't a proper movie channel. Also closer to 900 movies in malayalam but not launching an hd channel

Star is mainly focussing on tamil and telugu spending more money there.Asianet and suvarna earlier part of asianet communications are treated normally. Due to dominance and lack of other biggies asianet have good ratings and suvarna can't survive without doing something big.So this time Star should take special care about suvarna

Yes Bro movie Producer selling TV and digital rights separately also some Producer selling old movies digital rights to Amazon and Netflix
Only sun TV network buying digital+ satellite rights now a days
