once again my mistake bro. i took ss1 @ 34rs.
d2h sd - i had ss 1 @ 34rs but removed it after test series was over as one day was aired on dd national.
adtv sd - took a special package - ss 1 2 3 4 - 200rs - 4 months - took in december just b4 india australia test series.
sorry for my previous two posts which gave wrong n misleading information.
but i m sure of two audio feeds in my ss 1 on d2h sd stb but language was english only even after selecting hindi.

Yes. It is English only in SS1, SS2 and SS4 when selecting Hindi. They introduced dual language on Star Sports, Star Sports 2, Star Cricket and ESPN for some sports event (I think badminton) so that the customers can choose the language. For other events, it will be English only even if we are selecting Hindi (I personally checked many times).
Later when they renamed the channels as 1, 2, 3 and 4 they still had the dual feeds but only English in 1, 2 and 4 and only Hindi in 3.
After a long time, they utilized this dual feed in Star Sports 4 for BPL matches recently last week. For the remaining time the feed will be dual but not the language.

Today during the discussion with a service engineer, I asked him if he know about new channel addition.
He replied that they are planning the addition and the total channel count will reach 500 in 1 or 2 months. I said it is already 500. He said, it is not about the channels and services but the actual channels.
He also said, Star Sports HD 4 will also be added. At the same time it seems he don't know about this channel so I have doubts in his words.
I asked him how can they do with the current available TPs. He said they already added TPs. I told him there are 10 TPs only. He said, there is one more TP activated and cannot be seen in the set top boxes and 1 or 2 channels are there in the TP.
I asked him the TP frequency and he said he didn't have it in hand and will confirm me tomorrow morning. I will call him again tomorrow morning.
But still I am not believing him since if there is a new TP available, it would be appeared in our satellite expert's scan. But anyway, I am waiting till tomorrow.
