Why d2h account balance showing zero in web portal? I have more than 3500

Can anybody see MN+ HD channel?I can't see the channel which was subscribed thru missed call and it was activated for 4 days.Yesterday suddenly it went off and I couldn't select this channel thru Map tool in website and infinity app.
When I click on the channel , alert says "undefined removed from your cart".CC is always helpless.Can anybody tell what the problem is???thanks

I have been facing the same issue for more than 1 week. The correct balance shows on TV, but on web portal is zero. Moreover, There's no package details visible online. I have complained multiple times, but nothing sorted.

Wait for some more days, they are updating their Web portal software

Tamil, Telegu, Kannada 3 Languages Are Not Working On Nick India Channel From 16th Feb
In Videocon D2h But This 3 Languages Are Properly Working In JIO TV

Whenever I got to the mera wala plan page I see some Channels(SD and HD) I picked before Feb 1st there. I don't see star sports channels though. But now in the drop down menu I see only SD option. I can't see HD option at all. Is there any solution. I saw someone post that they had been moved to SD pack totally. Wonder if same has happened for me also.
