after reading ur post only i came to know abt this amazing fact which made me stunned.
i have never seen the back side of the stb. just now see 6 ports r there.
yellow white n red r being used at the lower side n 3 upper side ports r vacant.

one q bro - if two tvs r in two rooms then how one can attach the stb to the different room skd:skd

RF port is not available in D2H STB if I am correct since it was not available in HD 2011 box and not available in my news 2244 RF box too. The old HD2011 box having only HDMI and one RCA out. The new 2244 RF box is having one HDMI, one RCA (composite - Yellow, White and Red) and one more RCA (component - Red, Green and blue). But the audio (White and Red) are common for composite and component. We can use few splitters and connect 3 TVs. One via HDMI, one via composite and one via component.

@ off topic - i have one crt at my home - connected with den mso

but to b very honest my den on crt tv is much better in terms of pq n aq both than adtv n d2h.

y it is so even i do not know but the pq is very good on my lg crt tv

bro,green,blue & red port (composite output) also working but audio not working or working picture in black & white picture will see i have tried :shy

Composite - Yellow cable/port for video. White and Red cables/ports for Left and Right audio.
Component - Red, Green, Blue cables/ports for video. White and Red cables/ports for Left and Right audio.

Composite is the older format. Component is developed after composite and mostly found in DVD players. The quality of component will be good comparing composite.

After that, one more type called S-Video (15 pin and 9 pin variants) got developed followed by VGA and the present HDMI with multiple version. Each of them will have improved picture quality comparing older ones.

Excellent snapshot sadiq bro & old tv is gold & in my home town bpl tv old colour tv is available & i use rdtv & sd stb compare to lcd/led tv & my bpl old model colour tv picture quality is very good

Bro, quality of digital cable will always be better than any DTH. The reason is simple. Digital cable is not having any space issue or bandwidth issue. So, they will deliver the channel in the same quality as they are downlinking from C-band.

But in DTH, they will do at least a minimum level of compression considering the space and bandwidth of the transponders. In addition, the signal of DTH is traveling in Air and there would be some degrade to the quality naturally due to the distance and hence the difference in quality. For digital cable, the signal is traveling in a cable. Also, there will be a booster for a defined distance to improve the signal again. So, we won't face this issue in digital cable.
