Change in Long Term Recharge Offers for 30+ DA Customers

Effective 23rd Dec 2021, there will be a change in the Long Term recharge Offers of 3 Months, 6 Months and 12 Months for 30 + Deactive customer.

Below is the new revised Long Term Recharge Offer grid. Change in Offers for 30+ Deactive customers are highlighted.

Customer Benefit (Active Customers/ upto 30 Days Deactive Customers )	7 days	15 days	30 days	60 days	90 days	120 days	150 days
30+ Deactive Customers	15 days +Grace Charge @ Rs.15 waived off	30 days +Grace Charge @ Rs.15 waived off	60 days +Grace Charge @ Rs.15 waived off	60 days	90 days	120 days	150 days

Extra Margins to Distributors on recharge via dealer basis of fulfillment of the above customer offer.

· Rs.10 margin to Distributors upon every 3 month to 5.99 month recharge from 30+ Deactive Customers.

· Rs.20 margin to Distributors upon every 6 month to 11.99 month recharge from 30+ Deactive Customers.

· Rs.30 margin to Distributors upon every >=12 month recharge from 30+ Deactive Customers.
